By submitting this registration, you are agreeing that your student will be photographed and their picture could be used for social media and/or advertising purposes. With This.... While we strive to provide the safest environment possible during the event, each attendee must understand and fully assume any risks that may be associated with injury or illness such as COVID-19. By submitting this registration, you assume all risk and allow your child to be photographed for media usage.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE PARTY. (This pertains to adults working the party and students attending the party)
Dress is casual. We encourage the students to wear the Project Graduation T-shirts (included in the pre-admission price) and jeans sweatpants or shorts (Please check length). A light jacket is advisable as the facility can get chilly. Students must wear shoes.
Students are NOT allowed to leave the party until it is officially “closed” by the Party Chairs and parents have been contacted for “no shows”. Parents/Guardians will be notified if a student who purchased a reservation does not arrive or wishes to leave the party early. Once a student leaves the party, he/she will be unable to return and is no longer eligible for any of the prizes.
Only seniors registered will be admitted to the party. We do have a list and if you name is not on the list, you will not be admitted. Project Graduation is a final celebration for the Class.

Unlimited food and drink, entertainment, games, and prizes are included in the price of admission. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED ONCE PAID.
All prize drawings will be held between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. The graduate must be present to win.
Uniformed security will be provided by the St Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office & Slidell Police. They will assist with parking, assure against any “party crashing”, and be available for general security. Volunteer security will assist graduates by answering questions, providing directions, and securing off-limits areas. Parking will be limited to the front of the park by the baseball fields so try to carpool with friends.
The use of alcohol and/or illegal drugs will NOT be permitted. There will be a Zero Tolerance Policy – no one will be admitted if prior use of alcohol and/or illegal drugs is suspected. The Slidell Police Department and/or the Ambulance Service on site will determine if this applies. Seniors suspected of being under the influence will be isolated and their parents will be called to pick the graduate up at the Harbor Center. All decisions to remove a student from the parties will be final and no refunds will be given.
Welcome/check-in will store all personal belongings including cell phones, car keys, etc. No bags, purses or backpacks are allowed. Project Graduation is NOT responsible for any items left behind, lost, damaged or stolen (including but not limited to cell phones). We will have cell phone charging stations. No video cameras are permitted. Leave your valuables at home or locked safely in the trunk of your vehicles. Please do not wear jewelry or bring valuables.
DO NOT BRING: pillows, sleeping bags, large purses, backpacks, or gaming devices as we do not have the storage space and you will be turned back to your car if you try to bring in with you. Your purchase of a reservation/ticket to the Project Graduation parties, gives us permission to publish your picture in any media format (i.e. website, newspaper, newsletter, social media platforms, etc.).
VOLUNTEERS:
Please Note: This is an ALCOHOL, DRUG & TOBACCO FREE PARTY. BOTH GRADUATES AND CHAPERONES ARE EXPECTED TO UPHOLD THIS RULE. Please help us show our students that celebration and fun can happen without alcohol. If you suspect that a student is under the influence, please bring it to the attention of one of the Board Members or Security. They will handle any problems during the evening. If necessary, they will contact the Police on site.
CHAPERONE DRESS: Dress in comfortable clothing and wear comfortable shoes. Leave your valuables/purses/backpacks at home or lock them in your trunk. Bring a light sweater and/or jacket as it does tend to be cold in the gym. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED. You will be asked to throw it away. We will provide plenty of food and drinks including coffee. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY CHILDREN WITH YOU. If you must smoke, please refrain from smoking in view of the graduates.
